Return Policy
The customer is not able to return the purchased products.
Product returns, which are considered defective!
In case a product / s is found to be defective upon delivery to the customer, it must be returned to our company within (14) calendar days of delivery.
In case of return of the products, and provided that they have been previously received and checked by our COMPANY, the item will be replaced with a similar item (status and characteristics, etc.)
Shipping costs are borne by our COMPANY!
Returns of products, which have been sent "WRONG" by OUR COMPANY!
In case a product / s is found to have been sent incorrectly, upon delivery to the customer, it must be returned to our company within (14) calendar days of delivery.
In case of return of the products, and provided that they have been previously received and checked by our COMPANY, the item will be replaced with the correct item!
Shipping costs are borne by our COMPANY!
